1. I am grateful for the time I was able to spend this evening on our balcony 🐌🌳🐝🍃

2. I am grateful that I was able to order a piece of home exercise equipment for in between runs 💪

3. I am grateful for the time I have had today to relax and reflect 💜

4. I am grateful to my fiancé for making dinner and washing up 🍜

5. I am grateful that I found the motivation to batch cook some meals for the coming week...even if it took until 8.30pm for the motivation to kick in!!! I know I will thank myself in the week that I made life easier 🍲🍛🍜

1. I am grateful that after a difficult therapy session, when my mind tried to tell me that a drink would make me feel better, I convinced myself to sit with the difficult emotions and feelings and not hide from them because 'they too shall pass' 💜

2. I am also grateful that I did not use food to make myself 'feel better' 💜

3. I am grateful for the sit ups and tricep dips I was able to do this evening on my new piece of home exercise equipment 💪

4. I am grateful for the pleasant drive to work this morning in the sunshine 🌞

5. I am grateful to that I feel safe 💜
