Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that after indulging over the bank holiday weekend I have been able to eat healthy and nutritious food today, drink plenty of water and cleansing herbal teas 🍉🌽🍅🍊
2. I am grateful to come home to a clean house 🏡
3. I am grateful for the opportunity I had this evening to do some healing journey work, despite the difficult memories, feelings and issues it has raised. However, I will now be able to work through these buried experiences and heal with the support of my therapist 💜
4. I am grateful that I felt confident today 😎
5. I am grateful that my worrying over the weekend about an anticipated issue at work was unfounded 😥 (phew)
