Morning Gratitude ~ Part 58
Grateful to be part of the community here at SR!
Grateful to live in a safe neighborhood.
Grateful to once again be hopeful.
Grateful for some time alone this weekend to reflect, regroup, and to continue on my journey in a more positive mode.
Grateful I've become more faithful.

Grateful things went smoothly for my RAD's move yesterday. She was able to get the help she needed, I was able to get enough rest for these night shifts this weekend.
Grateful my MIL wasn't seriously injured after a bad fall.
Grateful I can see the progress I'm making in setting boundaries, looking after myself first before taking care of others. Finally starting to feel quite normal to do this after so many years!

- Grateful to have the patience to help my 11 year old girl how to knit.
- Grateful for sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
- Grateful for sparkling water.
- Grateful to be looking forward to making a special supper tonight for the family.
- Grateful for all of you.
- Grateful to be starting a sugar free diet... I will still eat fruit... but not candies.
- Grateful to have surpassed the 6 months mark of my last "special kind of stupid moment of picking up".
- Grateful to get an early start on the day full of energy and enthusiasm.
- Grateful for all of you.

Grateful my RAD seems to be truly appreciative of my help & really tries to only ask for help with things she can't do for herself. What a change from years gone by.
Grateful for the beautifully decorated "Christmas train" that I saw going to work last evening. Thought at first I was seeing things, then remembered CN rail does this every year around the holiday season. Certainly lifted my spirits!
