Grateful for the first snowfall of the season. Reminds me that the holidays are fast approaching.

Grateful for another weekend and for the fact that I no longer waste them getting wasted.

Grateful for another day sober.

Grateful I made myself go out last evening with my social group. Still a bit tired but felt so good to be around a friendly group of people instead of staying at home by myself. Missing my son not being here but know this is good for both of us that he's living on his own.

Grateful I was able to get back to sleep this morning after a very restless sleep. Feel very rested now & ready to take on the day!

Grateful for the wonderful inspirational podcasts I've discovered. Figured out how to get them on my Ipod, listen to them constantly in my car & at the gym now.

Grateful to wake up feeling great early on a Sunday!
Grateful for the ability to read and retain and enjoy learning!
Grateful for all the comforts of life include sobriety!
Grateful to know each day I never have to go back to the world of alcoholism.

Very late today - it's not morning anymore!

Grateful for a roof over my head in this cold weather. Feeling for all those on the streets

gratefull for the humanity that was shared with Peace and food and chatter and love over the weekend
