- Grateful for this marvelous Monday morning and all it offers.
- Grateful for tea and water this morning.
- Grateful for the pure fruit juice I purchased - expensive but squeezed from the fruit to detox the sugar out of my body.
- Grateful for healthy living - mentally and physically.

Grateful for this beautiful warm sunny weather in December - makes the winter seem so much shorter.
Grateful for the motivation I felt this morning to go to the gym. Great way to start the day!
Grateful I'm starting to notice an improvement in my arm strength after only a few weeks. Will make it so much easier to lift heavy things & people at work & at home.

Grateful the forecast in my area is for mild weather; agree with Faith001 - it does make the winter seem shorter, and I am so glad to not have to deal with snow right now!

- Grateful to continue to work on my sugar-free living and detoxing my body life.

Grateful for the excellent home orientation I had this morning from one of the employees of the heating company who came out to my home. Information is power: I feel so much more confident in tackling home maintenance.
Grateful I can notice the growth & maturity in my RAD each time I see her now. What a difference from a few years ago!
Grateful for the variety of social groups they have in my city for older singles. So nice to have a community of people I can do different things with when I have free time. Helps me not to feel so alone now as I'm in this "empty nest" stage of life.
