just got a phone call from my boss.. ppfft the way he has been behaving my first thought you are out of here...

I have been given a framed Team award.. that 3 of the members of other teams put me in for... and his boss (new)(that I got to met) shot him a 25.00 gift card to add to the pot.. and he had said that call we had.. I have to eat crow for a bit..

Soo... Iam Gratefull for my Job my Team that Ihave worked so hard on the last 18 months getting them to stand together as a team and hold the reins tight.. and I am Gratefull that Iam just here.. love to all Ardy...
