Morning Gratitude ~ Part 58
- Grateful to be writing my gratitude to the morning thread before supper time. Life has been busy.
- Grateful to read this quote this morning:
Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting. - ~ Joyce Meyer
- Grateful that coffee no longer causes me anxiety.
- Grateful for the enjoyment I am getting out of life.
- Grateful to know my oldest son is coming home for Christmas.
- Grateful for all of you.

This is kind of a weird gratitude but I am so ding-dang-dad-blasted grateful for the ability to choose not to have some people (may God bless and protect everyone of them) part of my life. As a hard-core people pleaser, that I could make this choice came as a surprise of exquisite pleasure!

Congratulations Pixie!
Grateful for the beautiful sunshine on this very cold morning - always makes me feel better.
Grateful I got my car serviced this morning after work: winter tires on, brand new battery. Should be all set for these cold Canadian winters.
Grateful there was only a light dusting of snow overnight - didn't have to shovel my driveway when I got home.

- Grateful for a sober day and no desire or intention of drinking.
- Grateful to get up early and feel refreshed.
- Grateful for the daily medicine to help keep me on track and hopeful.
- Grateful to learn from all the challenges I have face.
- Grateful to understand the importance of using coping skills when needed.
- Grateful to work on recovery each day - and enjoying the process.
- Grateful for all of you!

Grateful I made the time last evening to go to a new CoDa meeting. Great group of people there who I can really relate to, also close to home. Definitely will be back when my work schedule permits.
Grateful for the time I spent with my RAD this morning. Drove her to a couple of app'ts, could tell she really appreciated my help.
Grateful for my quiet house today. Will be able to take a nap shortly, still a bit sleep deprived after working nights this week.
