Bedtime Gratitude ~ Part 60
So grateful to go to bed with all the comforts I have. There's so many people out there who have far less than I.
Grateful for my house and all the things we have but they wouldn't mean a thing if I didn't have my family.
So very grateful for my husband and young adult children!

I had a hard day. I don't know why. I'm grateful to have gotten through it with grace. I didn't drink or use drugs and I didn't lose my temper. I'm grateful for a warm bath and a nice bed to jump into early.
Grateful for a good Dr's appointment today and positive news that nothing is wrong.
Grateful that I was able to take a short nap today.
Grateful that have good food to eat.
Grateful that I feel safe and warm tonight.

Grateful that yet again I fell asleep before doing bedtime gratitude. I'm back to my sober sleep pattern, which is sit down, hold still, go to sleep. This is rather than staying up until two in the morning because I'm panicked, waking up every hour, drinking in the middle of the night.
