Grateful for the rich chocolate brown color of the outside trim I have been painting.
Grateful for the sense of community I feel whenever I vote.
Grateful for the incredible courage of the SR members seeking, maintaining and often trying once again to get and stay sober. Just amazing folks here!

- Grateful for the warm sunshine today.
- Grateful to see my granddaughter.
- Grateful for being able to call my mom each day and enjoy the conversation.
- Grateful for food, shelter, water, and love.
- Grateful for all of you... and of course SR!

Grateful that I am aware of my triggers much more clearly
Grateful that I am beginning to see the end to a very dreadful tunnel in my life even though there will be more "tunnels" in life this one is expiring soon!
Grateful for not expecting others to change and just focusing on what I want to change about myself
Grateful to be nearing the end of the work/school week
