Grateful that I know now that one VERY annoying/bad day should NEVER be a reason to go back to old ways
Grateful for the ability to be the bigger person now that I don't use
Grateful to know ISM still exists without the substance
Grateful for being able to stand up for myself without losing my self-respect and temper
