Grateful my RAD found a wonderful counselling center in our city that specializes in treating complex trauma. It's in a very easy location for her to get to, they also gave her a discount on their normal fee.

Grateful she was able to get an appointment yesterday on short notice. Finally it looks like she will receive the help she needs for her PTSD.

Grateful my son is able to join me for supper this evening. Haven't spent much time with him lately, will be so nice to catch up with him.
