Grateful that I was able to let go of this mornings negative thoughts.
Grateful that I was able to buy my dog a new winter jacket to keep her warm while we walk.
Grateful for my three dogs constant companionship and love.
Grateful for a busy workday being over.
Grateful that tomorrow is Friday.

Grateful for unexpected work over the weekend. A relief when I'm down to my last few dollars.

I'm feeling pretty ungrateful this evening, so I figure I better put in a little extra.

Grateful to know that sometimes "sitting on my pity pot" (whatever THAT means) is right where I'm supposed to be.

Grateful that allowing myself to feel sorry for myself is better than NOT feeling and better than beating up on myself for feeling sorry for myself. (Whew! That's a lot of myselfs.)

Grateful for a sweet birthday email from Misha Collins, even though I know it was an automated form letter. His goofiness always cheers me up.

Grateful for all the birthday messages on my phone, on Facebook (aka FriendFace, for IT Crowd fans), and via email. Yes, not having to spend my birthday home alone and sick would have been preferable, but I AM grateful to know that people were at least thinking about me.

I'm even grateful that my Google home page was birthday-themed "just for me." I was astonished that when I put my cursor over all the cupcakes and goodies to find out whose birthday it was, it was mine!

Grateful to cry over a few lost years today. My husband said we all make mistakes. I am angry that I couldn't figure out ten years ago what clicked into place so easily this week. Still grateful to have arrived at this place.

Grateful I didn't let my own hang ups keep my daughter from doing something she will enjoy this weekend.
Grateful my boys were wonderful during a 3 hour car ride. And we had fun.

Yuk as it may seem I am grateful to recognise that chewing my cuticles is a bad sign so I must do some thinking this weekend.

Grateful for fresh bread and that first strong cup of coffee. Grateful for patience to work with those who are just as crazy as I am.

Grateful to be invited to spend part of the day with family and friends.

Grateful for the collective wisdom of those on SR. I am in awe of this Website and those who contribute.

Grateful my cat Tixie is doing better with her mysterious rash.

Grateful for our weekly Bingo game here where I live. I'm thinking of taking up Bunko too. Now I have to pray for help in staying away from all the treats everyone brings.

Grateful I am feel better with my Neuropathy of the feet. Some days I am unable to leave the house. On those days I especially appreciate the SR Website as it helps keep me sane and have only mini pity parties.

Happy Birthday Eddie Z. and many more.
