Grateful it wasn't me in the ditch this morning, or the one who was out of money and sleeping in the car, or the one fussing at the clerk for not selling four-beers out of the six-pack because that's all the money the customer had was four-beers' worth. Or maybe it's better to say, it wasn't my turn again! Hasn't been my turn since 1986. Grateful for the people who wouldn't let me stay in the ditch, stay sleeping in my car, stay penniless and OH SO the victim. Grateful for the ones who poked holes in my shoddy excuses. Grateful for them being the same ones who hug me and tell me they love me and to shut up and get busy loving the irritating self destructive pain in the neck whiner who is just like I was....and who COULD BE ME if I don't get busy loving.
