Grateful Lucy seems to be healing.

Grateful for my tea, coffee and supplements this morning. I needed them.

Grateful it's the final day of IT setup for work.

Grateful for calming, meditative sounds and music running in the background.

Grateful for the rain this morning, the garden needs watering.

Grateful for courage reminding me that I too was an insane drunk and I don't have to go back there either.

Grateful that I may go to Oktoberfest today, but I will remain sober. Probably eat though!

So, so grateful for my healthcare.

Grateful I have had a lovely sense of peace and clarity yesterday and today.
Grateful for the beautiful walk I had with my dogs yesterday in the spring sunshine.
