Today I Am Grateful For ... Part 13
I am so grateful to have found SR! That's a biggie but, too, for the beautiful day with nothing more pressing to do than washing my hair and grateful I can see that if I don't get that done that's no biggie.
Today I am grateful for having everything I need, not everything I want.
Today I am grateful for the SR posts that I just read who give me a new, sober outlook for today. Thank You! Thank You! I was just having a pity party and I feel much better now.
Today I am grateful to be living a Sober life. Left to my own devices and without a Program I would be nuts, and possibly drunk!
Today I am grateful that I have learned I can start the day over again if needed!!

Today I am grateful to be sober again after relapsing last year. Grateful for the joy I feel now that I am not drinking. Grateful for my family and friends. Grateful for my health. Grateful that I can be here for my mom now as she battles cancer.
Today i am grateful for being able to see my neice for the first time in months (shes been busy with 2nd year uni)
Grateful to be well & able enough to hand over her 2 big bags of christmas presents
Grateful for the look on her face as she opened them
Grateful to see her drive away happy as anything
Grateful to be able to share this with you guys
Grateful for my friend upstairs making all this possible

Grateful to read everyone's posts here. Thank you for sharing your gratitude.
Grateful for a yoga class today where I was the only student. Great, informal vibe and just practicing together. It was a great class and just the class I needed.
For an AA Big Book study group. So grateful 12 Step meetings are a part of my life now a days. There were only four of us in the meeting, which means I have the opportunity to share a lot.
Grateful for soberrecovery.com and to have found my way hear last March.
Herbal tea. Hand cream. Dark chocolate. Fresh fruit. A comfortable chair. Relaxing music. Interesting reading material. A day off! How much better my brain works sober. How much more positive I am 90% of the time.
Happy Sunday everybody, thanks for reading!

Grateful for the enjoyment of watching the Super Bowl and fantastic commercials yesterday! If I had been drinking I would not have been focusing, just planning my next refill and being disruptive.
Grateful for being able to meet the challenges of Sobriety and not the disasters of the drinking days.
Grateful to be able to hold my head high as a Sober Member in Recovery. Grateful to know the other Members and hear and read their messages of Recovery.
