Grateful for a developing curiosity. I am wanting to try things I haven't done in such a long time. Last night I rode my bicycle !

Today I am grateful to be sober from drinking 5 whole days. And today there is no hangover to deal with and it feels so good! And I'm grate full I'm not high this morning and have used my morning time for more productive activities then just packing the bowl again and again. Grateful for reading his thread in the am and getting a healthy start to my day! Thanks everybody for posting!

Congrats Headlump.

Grateful for a day to wash clothes and the equipment to do it. Exercise with a walk in the sun with rain to water the grass later on. Movie in the afternoon, too much to eat and drink requires restraint/living sober. Life is good.

No, just spend what you once spent on mood altering chemicals. It is not a problem if you can throw money at it. LOL

Grateful for the knowledge that all of my problems can be solved or minimized if I do the next right thing.

When I look in the mirror, I realize that I am the problem.

Grateful that I can visit my parents today.
Grateful that I have enough money to buy fruit juice so that I can mix it with sparkling water to drink when I'm preparing dinner.
Grateful that the squirrel hasn't totally wrecked the bird feeders.
