I'm grateful for SR and all my friends here.
I'm grateful for making it home from my 4 wheeling trip in the desert in one piece.
I'm grateful for having a beautiful cat who wants a hug EVERY morning.
I'm grateful for finally choosing a sponsor to help me work the steps.

Grateful I got a whole bunch of chores hanging over my head done. Still not quite finished, but I will be by tomorrow. I still have a couple of little things to take care of tonight. Grateful to be kind of tired. Grateful for my class that I like tomorrow. Grateful I had lunch with my mom on her birthday today.

Grateful for Roscoe who greeted me when I got home with a friendly growl. Always makes me smile and laugh. Such a happy dog.
Grateful for realizing I needed to change and did something about it.
As biminblue, I am grateful for good eats and learning that potato chips contain potassium
. Skinnycow salted carmel pretzel ice cream bars are my go to craving curbers....sometimes even more than one on a bad day.

Grateful for a hypnosis app I bought that has helped me several times now power through whatever undone mess I am avoiding. As soon as I finished the hypnosis session today I got up and immediately cleared up the whole problem, doing in two hours something which I have avoided for many months. Without resistance or difficulty. Amazing.
Grateful to be willing to change even if my conscious and unconscious minds are at odds sometimes. Lol
Grateful to focus on the improved self esteem I will gain by facing what I have avoided.
Grateful for sobriety. Without it none of what I post here would be possible.

Grateful I was gracious, with the help of My Higher Power, when my first response was to want to have my way.
Grateful that my Cat Tixie slept peacefully when I went out to do some errands.
Grateful that my Sisters and I are getting together on Mother's Day.
Grateful for everything that God has given me in Sobriety: AA and SR and all the spiritual people around me.
Grateful I was gracious, with the help of My Higher Power, when my first response was to want to have my way.
Grateful that my Cat Tixie slept peacefully when I went out to do some errands.

For the loud topical frog sounds after a big storm.
That after. 8 months, countless phones and carriers I finally have s signal for calls, text, emails. I was enjoying being out of touch with the commotion. Need it for business though.
That I'm tired and hopeful my week of crappy sleep is over.
That it's spring.
For a bed to rest in.

Grateful that the horrendous whining car alarm outside finally shut down.
