Grateful I slept through the night 7 hours without waking up once.
Grateful my daughter gave me two pairs of her jeans she doesn't want anymore and they fit great and are so comfortable.
Grateful my Dad is basically okay. He stayed over in the ER last night.
Grateful for plans to meet a girlfriend for lunch. She said she needs a shoulder. Grateful I can offer her a sober one.

Grateful to be accepting my alcoholism today. I am defined by Deeker in her post which is the lead for the 24 hour club today. Thanks again V for putting me on to that thread which is one of my favorites on SR.

Grateful I woke up with a calm and optimistic mind on a Monday. A big deal for a non morning person.
