Grateful that I'm struggling with some family issues and can go to the Noon AA Meeting!
Grateful that there are many Newcomers In and Out and look forward to encouraging them.
Grateful taking the Cat Tixie for another visit to her Vet. She may get the cone off her head, it's so uncomfortable for her.

Grateful that I don't live in tornado country anymore, and ((hugs)) to all who do!
Grateful to see Vcat in the emergency SR hangout last night, and know I wasn't alone!
Grateful to have met up live with a Toots, a friend from SR yesterday, and grateful she's a lovely real as well as virtual person, and grateful for the change in me that allowed me to meet her.

Grateful I have the energy to shampoo the carpets this morning (from which I am taking a quick break right now). Grateful for air conditioning, It's going to be 90 degrees here. Yow, a bit early for that kind of heat, but it is what it is!

Grateful for the sunshine that just burst out from behind the clouds.
Grateful that a rare poor night's sleep has not left me ragged, I'm so well in sobriety I can tolerate feeling tired without dragging through the day.
