Grateful for good running shoes, a good run, and a hot bath.

Grateful the home I am buying appraised at the price I am paying! And not $20, 000 under the sale price like the other! Woo hoo!
Grateful that means the bank will loan me the balance after my down payment. Grateful to proceed with underwriter requests, utility connections and such even though it makes me anxious.
Grateful to not attach "worry weight" to one thing more than another and just do the next task.

I'm grateful, too, that I'm NOT "that girl" anymore. I enjoyed the ocean, the beach, the sky, the company, etc., all without having to drink.
And grateful I quickly figured why I was so upset at my sponsor's response to my venting about the above situation. Glad I can realize today when I am going back into that space where I feel like the bad little girl being chastised. Grateful I know that feeling will pass.

Grateful that "force-feeding" Remy isn't anything like as bad as I'd feared. Now, I just hope it helps.
And grateful for a good talk with my sponsor. I told her about how I was upset with her yesterday and we had a good laugh. She is the best. I can hardly wait to meet her at the end of this month at the Anorexics & Bulimics Anonymous 2nd International Conference!!
