I am grateful for this quiet morning.
I am grateful for my motivation to get better.
I am grateful my parents are becoming more supportive of me, and wanting me to open up to them.
I am grateful for the big changes that are about to occur in my life as I head to college this upcoming weekend.

Grateful that a yoga teacher showed me how to hold my hands in the cup of gratitude position while sitting. Instead of putting your hands face up on your thighs while sitting in a legs crossed position, you place your hands in your lap one on top of the other face up in a cupped position. I am grateful to know how to sit holding my cup of gratitude.

Grateful that feeling mildly headachy is just that as Courage2 said.
Grateful that the sun is shining brightly with the sweet promise of spring.
Grateful I look so much smarter these days. I'm no fashion plate but good grooming and some new clothes make a difference on a sober middle aged woman.

Grateful lack of sleep won't kill me.
Grateful nothing I'm going through is insurmountable.
Grateful I have appts at places to buy and to rent all set up tomorrow to help me with my decision-making.
Grateful to see what other roads may be open, now that some roads have been closed. .

Grateful to be alive, really.
I got really sick, really fast, and was in hospital with septicaemia.
I actually checked out AMA, but I couldn't cope in there any more,
and I have my paramedic friend next door checking on me.
Grateful to be home, and feeling a whole lot better.
Grateful that I'm here with you.
Grateful that you have such a wonderful outlook on all the house stuff Eternal;
you always inspire me. And I KNOW it will work out for you.

Grateful for the summer program that kept my son safe.
Grateful that my son is looking forward to his classes and school staring next Monday.
Grateful my job is going to fly me out for training.

Glad youre home V. Please take care! (And my attitude is only good because it is a gratitude thread ....so I have to push for the upside of it all ...and leave my kicking and screaming side at the curb

Grateful that when I woke up in a panic, thinking of the complete opposite solution that I went to bed with, I could stop myself and say "Eq: you're under extreme stress. Your moods and thoughts are swinging back and forth. No solution is "the right one". The choice you make will be the right decision because it is YOUR decision for your life."
Grateful I have a pro /con list to help me stay rational.
Grateful I'm not actually talking to myself out loud but give me a few more days of this, folks, and I could get there.
