Morning Gratitude-Part 35
Grateful the prednisone is reducing my poison ivy inflammation even if it is keeping me up.
Grateful the dog got a good professional grooming and has stopped itching.
Grateful at the doctors today they said I'd lost 6 lbs since my last visit and 16 lbs in the last year.
Grateful my weight is now closer to what it says it is on my drivers license. LOL!

Grateful for my dependable Toyota Corolla. One of the first things I did when I quit drinking was buy a new car...figured with all the money I'd save from not buying beer I could finally afford it. It just hit 44,000 miles, all of them driven by a stone cold sober me! Just 11 more payments and she's all mine
Grateful for another day sober.
Grateful for another day sober.

I am grateful to wake up and be able to start another sober day.
I am grateful I was able to disappoint my prescription happy doctor by turning in excellent blood test results.
I am grateful that each day my identity as a non-drinker becomes stronger.

EQ, just reading about your poison ivy makes me itch...i am that allergic..(i use halobertrosol 2%steroid cream scrip, works better than oral steroids for me).
so very grateful to sleep at night, not toss and turn.
grateful that my problems are solved by hard work and sober logic...the answer is not in the bottom of the wine glass.
