When I lived in So. Calif. where tap water is NOT drinkable, my record was 4 gallons at a time, two in each hand, lol! I live rurally and rustically so chopping wood and carrying water is a reality for me. And I'm grateful for it--most days!

I'm glad you're OK, too, Kev!!

Grateful I decided to take the afternoon off after a very trying time taking my mom to the doctor. Glad I know when I need a break from her and my brother.

And grateful for taking time to work/play in the dirt in my yard, even if it yielded little improvement in its appearance.

Grateful to have an experience that let me know I was ready to 'move on.' Grateful that, even though it will not go any further, I am able to see it for what I needed to. Grateful that I won't be making a big deal out of it because I wont be getting wasted and dwelling on it.
