Today I am thankful for:

- Day 51 no weed
- Day 151 no alcohol
- Day 151 eating healthy/exercising
- Day 249 no cigarettes
- Day 7 no caffeine
- Finally being caught up on all debt, bills, taxes, etc.!!!
- It's Friday!!
Today I am thankful for:
- Day 52 no weed
- Day 152 no alcohol
- Day 152 eating healthy/exercising
- Day 250 no cigarettes
- Day 8 no caffeine
- It's Saturday
- Working on getting a few things around the house done
- Being able to let go of things people say that I don't agree with
- Drums!!
- Continuing to learn and grow in my recovery
Today I am thankful for:
- Day 55 no weed
- Day 155 no alcohol
- Day 155 eating healthy/exercising
- Day 253 no cigarettes
- And yesterday which I didn't get a chance to post for: days 54, 154, 154 252 and 10. I don't want any days to get left out. I think there was only one other day I missed on my gratitude list which was during the early days right after I quit alcohol and I was having a REALLY bad time and didn't feel thankful for anything. But now I'm thankful for that day too, cause I made it through and I'm stronger. It got better.
- Yesterday was also 5 months no alcohol for me!!
- And the night before yesterday, I faced the first situation since I quit when I actually really thought about drinking, but I didn't do it and I'm just so glad to have made the choice I did. I'm glad I didn't give up the day before I had 5 months. I would have really regretted that.
- Got away for a short trip. Pleasure, rather than work for once.
- Seeing pretty stuff.
- Family.
- Good food (although I ate too much!)
- Drums!!
- SR because it keeps me grounded and focused.
- And I'm thankful I'm me.
Today I am thankful for:
- Day 56 no weed
- Day 156 no alcohol
- Day 156 eating healthy/exercising
- Day 254 no cigarettes
- Day 1 no caffeine (again)
- Drums!!
- Being able to take the high road when somebody irks me rather than getting involved in needless conflict or arguments. I can just let it go and move on with my life. I think this is a gift from sobriety, even a few months ago, I don't think I would have been as able to do that.
- Doing a little bit better each day.
Today I am thankful for:

- Day 1567 no alcohol
- Day 157 eating healthy/exercising
- Day 255 no cigarettes
- Day 2 no caffeine
- Drums!!
- A new day and the opportunity to make it what I want.
- Not having anything left on the list of substances I need to quit.
- Becoming a better person.

- Day 159 no alcohol
- Day 159 eating healthy/exercising
- Day 257 no cigarettes
- Day 4 no caffeine
- Drums!!
- More rain
- It's Saturday!!
- Had a nice yoga class yesterday
- It's turning into fall here
