Today I am thankful for:
- Day 72 no weed
- Day 172 no alcohol
- Day 172 eating healthy/exercising
- Day 270 no cigarettes
- Day 17 no caffeine
- Drums
- Another Dr. appt today. I'll be really thankful to have this one over and done with. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the results of one of the tests they'll be doing. I'm thankful that lately I've been taking good care of myself, it can't hurt my chances.

- Cleaned up my music room yesterday. No more piles of books on the floor, etc. It looks a bit nicer.
- Looking forward to making further progress around the house today.
- Family, at least the ones I like!
- It's looking like it's going to be a gorgeous fall day here.

- Went to my last dentist appointment for a while today. After this, it's back to routine cleanings. So glad to have it done.

- Finally fixed the flat on my bike. I'm really looking forward to being able to go out on bike rides.
- Yoga class tonight. I always enjoy it and I'm always in a better mood when I leave than when I show up.

- Have a lot to get done at work over the next few days. I always feel good when I'm productive though, so going to get on it and get some stuff done.

- Went for a long bike ride yesterday. It was intense, but I think it was just what I needed.

- Had a productive day at work yesterday and looking forward to another one today.

- Feeling so proud of myself for 6 months today!! I'm really thankful for how far I've come over the last 6 months and all of the changes I've made. I'm thankful for the next 6 months to come and excited to see more changes and progress in my life.
- SR- I'm really not sure I would have gotten this far without the support of everyone here.
