Grateful for the drinking dream I had last night

Grateful I can be of more service to my home group; its Anniversary is this weekend and I was asked if I could help out with baking and finger food-I'm in my element in the kitchen and love it, so I've had a ball baking thus far

Grateful I get to hang out with the boy today!

Grateful for coffee and decent food in the fridge

Grateful for having a much better idea of my limitations-tonight will be spent getting some proper "me" time in by way of trashy telly

Courage, i'm sorry for your loss, i hope you have good memories. Stay strong, mom would be proud.
Grateful for scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese sandwich for breakfast and lots of strong hot coffee, fruit too....(i'm starving)!

Grateful that I had people to talk to yesterday on SR and in AA.
Grateful to Jenny, Elaina, Nancy, Peggy, Sherryl, EQ, Tam, and all the people in AA rooms who were kind.
Grateful to my husband.
Grateful that I didn't drink yesterday and I have a plan for today that includes lots of sober support. And if the urge gets very strong, I have people I can call.

Grateful for the warm thoughts and messages from SR friends...

Grateful i went to bed early last night and slept in today on my day off. Feels sooo good to get this much sleep. Grateful I no longer stay up past midnight each night just so I can dump more vodka down my throat. It all sounds so insane to me now. But then addiction makes us behave insanely.

Grateful when I looked out the window this morning there was no snow and there were birds flitting in the bushes instead. I would've liked a little snow (just enough to be pretty) but I will trade that for the warm moist air.

Grateful I have off and have a hair appointment today.

Grateful I dreampt about my Mom last night.

Grateful Courage has a plan for support. We are here for you Courage. One day at a time with grief works too.

Grateful my Dad, who is in Clearwater now to watch some Spring Training games, texted me he loves me. (Not so grateful that the spring training games aren't going in our favor though. Lol )
