Grateful that somewhere in the middle of my anger at/about my mother yesterday, I was able to remember what she's suffered.
Grateful for my brother's help with her.
Grateful that I have time to run a long-neglected errand today.
Grateful for feeling better in my head.

Grateful that the headache I have is caused by barometric pressure and not a hangover.

Grateful a sister is meeting me for a matinee.

Grateful it is Sunday and no one is the boss of me today. Well, except for Sobriety, it is always boss!

Im grateful that i was able to relax this past weekend.
Im grateful that i can work through the monday morning manic-panic blues
Im grateful that i was able to help my daughter with her fears this past weekend...we talked about "getting juiced" (meaning having passion), and excited to keep happy, positive motivation.
We all need something exciting/fun to focus on...i am grateful to look forward to spring!
16 days.....

Grateful that I can walk to this a.m.'s medical procedure.
Grateful for high-quality medical care.
Grateful that the medical practice takes my health insurance, and grateful for my health insurance.
Grateful that it's not raining or snowing this morning.
Grateful for the relative clarity of sobriety.

Grateful my crazy dog is a great traveling companion. Grateful I can drop this same dog off at "doggy day care" today so he can run off some pent up energy.

Grateful for clarity today.

Grateful for quality problems! I interviewed for two jobs and after being told I was successful in the first, I had to ask the second operations manager how quickly he could let me know so I could inform the first company of my decision. He gave me a job (after asking me how long I anticipated working for in the position and asked which days/hours I want!) and I am so, so grateful I am going to work in a sector I feel passionate about and I'm making a difference in. Really chuffed!

Grateful my share provided an injection of hope to someone who was returning to AA yesterday, we had a great chat after the meeting too

Grateful this woman reminded me of what it was like, can never afford to forget that!

Grateful for good coffee, yum

Grateful that I get the chance to volunteer today

Have a lovely one, gratties

Xx

Grateful that people at my meeting tonight gave me so much support and so many laughs.
Grateful that my sponsor is cutting through my ******** by suggesting that I do a certain thing that I hate doing because of my pride and fear of rejection.
Grateful for HappyDestiny3's post mentioning pierogi, because it reminded me how much I love it!
Grateful that I'm less than 2 hours away from having 23 days.
Grateful that as long as I'm sober, I'm in a position to help those who didn't have a sober day today and want a sober day tomorrow.

EDIT: Whoops sorry. This is the morning thread and it's nearly 10.30pm here. So I'm grateful that I can say "well, it's morning somewhere in the world" instead of saying "well it's a socially acceptable time to drink somewhere in the world", like I used to. :p
