A resurgence in strength of my Addictve voice. It shows me this is a recovery that I must maintain on absolute and permanent terms. Either the beast puts me in a cage or I keep it inside one.

Grateful I choose freedom for myself.

Being able to work from home some days in my pjs and flip flops knowing that it will not be an excuse for me to drink nonstop all day because I will not see anyone.

My headache as it reminds me to relish more the moments when I feel really well.
Memories and sudden emotion about my Mother and how very brave she was.
Never forgetting how very fragile and temporary life is.
