TIAGF: The Bright sunshine that woke me up this morning.
The fresh sweet fruit in my Greek yogurt I had for breakfast.
All the birds chirping & the flowers blooming in my yard.
The view of the lake while doing yoga this morning.
Being able to read & catch up on SR threads/posts!

EQ's 500 days. That's huge...
Miracles. Everyday miracles...
Family lunch
My grandson made me a ring about a year ago using his rock polisher to hone a stone from the rock tumbler kit, and a piece of metal. The stones tumbled in the polisher for weeks. No kidding, weeks. The constant noise almost drove his mom and dad crazy.
TIAGF the look on his face when he noticed it on my finger.
Fresh squash roasted with onions and garlic

A feeling of peace that came over me tonight after a day of agitation.
A feeling that the universe is getting things ready for us behind the scenes where we cant see.
A feeling of relaxed faith.

Each day of sobriety building on the last.
Not building my world on fantasies.
Not seeing things how I wish them to be but seeing them as they are.
Not being lost in a dead end.
Sobriety's trusty GPS.

TIAGF E.Q’s 500 consecutive sober days, which she will achieve at Midnight today.
Grateful for waking up on another sober, hangover free day with no guilty feelings.
Grateful that my co-worker is back in the office today, I missed her. She makes me laugh.
Grateful for all I have.
Grateful to love and be loved.
For being a better person.
For being productive.
For getting my sense of humour back.

Taking a stand with a crazy realtor (not mine) who decided to bring over a client this evening without making an appt! I was soaking in a hot bath with a face mud mask on. Lol Something I have not done in many months as a reward to myself.
Grateful I kept soaking as she kept pounding on the door and the dog kept barking.Lol What a zoo.
Grateful I can laugh about it.

Not sweating the small stuff.
Realizing it's all just small stuff.
Being able to pick out the most important things to take action on today.
Trusting that tomorrow I can do the first three all over again.
