Grateful that my free cable channels that showed up magically last month disappeared this week. They had nothing on them and now I am back to watching my public tv which is much better..

Grateful tonite on NJ tv there was a great shiw on urban planning and then interviews with arab american artists and musicians . Its the REAL reality tv!

Grateful it always makes me feel positive and want to make rhe world a better place. (Long island medium and Madmen never left me feeling that way!)

I am grateful for God, My husband, kids, dogs...all my blessings. And for knowing i have to treat myself with love and respect too, by stopping the hurting myself with alcohol. self medicatiing my feelings and just instead feeling them..praying about them and talking about them. Not hiding alone and drinking to numb myself out.

Grateful for picking up my Moms watch from the jeweler. I'm so happy to have it fixed and cleaned ....and feel her on my wrist... and remember her wearing it when I was little.
Grateful that she would be so proud of me if she could see me now. She would be happy, proud, relieved, excited and amazed.
