For feeling a lot of fear and some shame and anxiety..... but not drinking.
For feeling fear and sorrow over letting go of stuff.
For hoping I also let go of the fear and sorrow!
For whatever will replace those old feelings.
For realizing these aren't my feelings in the present anymore and I can let them go without being disloyal to the old me .
