Grateful for the dusting of snow last night and the sun breaking through the clouds and making it sparkle.

Grateful I'm more productive in the mornings, without waking up hungover or sick.

Grateful to be off and have a hair appt at an expensive salon. This is a huge special treat for me!

Grateful my meditation is helping me pause and be less reactive during a very stressful time.

Grateful for the Santa Claus night light in the bathroom.

Grateful for the little golden Christmas tree on bathroom table.

Grateful the 3 day headache I've had seems to finally be gone!!!
Grateful for my children who deserve a sober mom.
Grateful I've been handling "teenager" stuff better without wine.
Grateful for a nice warm home on this cold morning.

Forme: I had a lot of headaches in early sobriety. But none like the hangovers I had when drinking. Sometimes lasting a few days. But it gets better.

Grateful I bought a second space heater so I can keep one in the bedroom and one in bath and not drag one back and forth and still keep the house temp as a whole low.

Grateful it is Friday.

Grateful it is casual Friday and I can wear jeans.

Grateful for knowing even more everyday that not drinking is the road to my happiness.

Grateful that my brother had the tree stump and all removed from mamas house, he had the roof and ceiling fixed. I will be even more grateful to sell the albatross.
