thank you for the words of gratitude,,,i have tried for 20 years to quit with no aveil, and many stents in rehab,,,now i did what my counselor is telling me to do,,,i have a good support group,,, i did not think my family would help me,,but they exceeded my expectations,,,and i am eternally grateful to god for helping me too,,,i have about a week clean,,,and i am siked and happy for once in my life and grateful for everyone that is responsible for this website,,,and grateful for everyones kind words,,,which i do not deserve,,,and grateful for my family my wife and 2 daughters,,,they have been so helpful and understanding and they love the sober me,,,and i see my family differently now and i feel ,,i cant explain,,,it is almost euphoric,,,and i could go on and on but ,,,today i wake up sober and i am going to stay that way and i will work the program,,,thank you all good morning and have happy holidays

Grateful for my warm comfy robe to keep me warm where I sleep in the basement.

Grateful for my own bed, TV, and aquarium in the basement.

Grateful that my wife and I are both content with her sleeping in the master bedroom upstairs and me sleeping in the basement where I have my own bed, privacy, and a cooler, darker room where it's easier for me to sleep.

Grateful I don't need ambien or any other sleep medication to get some sleep.
