I am grateful that I woke up with a clear head even though I did not sleep much last night due to a house alarm that went off.
I am grateful for being able to both have and do my job today. I am grateful to be able to take care of my family.

Grateful for the roof and food I have. Giving away 4 fresh turkeys at my home group tonight as door prizes. And the 4 turkeys are not the secretary,chairperson, treasure, and lead. Ba da bomp. lol...

Grateful that I'm better at allowing myself to be human and if I make a mistake it is the response to the error that counts.

My friend who had a slip at week end but came straight back here.
Being the top of the hill for me in work

JUST FOR TODAY, I will live through this day only. I will not brood about yesterday or obsess about tomorrow. I will not set far-reaching goals or try to overcome all of my problems at once. I know that I can do something for 24 hours that would overwhelm me if I had to keep it up for a lifetime.

Grateful for my friends who make me chili!
grateful that my awesome brother got the roof repaired at mamas before the rain, the contractor is coming ro fix the bedroom inner ceiling next week.
Grateful for a real family thanksgiving next week.
my daughter has not come to a family dinner in over 7 years! Now its so different, i am cauteously optimistic.
grateful for feeling less stress/upset. People will be morons, i cant fix them.
Grateful for my friends who make me chili!

Grateful for the AA meeting I attended last night.

Grateful for the great workout I had today!! Grateful to NOT spend my day with a racing heart and trembling hands. Grateful to play with my neighbors boson terrier in good spirits.
Grateful for an AA meeting tonight, and to see friends. Grateful of my family being proud in me.
Grateful to be able to continue reading a great book and watching red box movies tonight.
Grateful to LIVE.
WHen I see this as a struggle, I see it as progress and strength.
When I get down, I remind myself that the beauty of the world surrounds me-All I have to do is open my eyes.

Grateful for all the prayers sent to my best friends wife for her returned cancer. She is in a hospice now, and not doing well.

Grateful it's Friday. Woo hoo.
Grateful I'm going to pick up a few x-large pizzas for me and my family after work, like I do about every Friday.
Grateful my kids have never seen me drunk, as I sobered up 20 years ago before they were born.
