Grateful for my therapist helping remind me that it's OK not to always feel as "solid" as I've been feeling until the last day or two, and that feeling a little off-kilter will pass. Probably just some hormonal thing anyway. So grateful for his help.
And grateful I followed up with plans we made for me to be around people more by leaving his office and going to dinner at a nearby friend's immediately afterward. Tomorrow I have a birthday dinner out to go to. I just need to keep getting out there...

Least, I totally get it, congratulations and enjoy the company!!
Grateful that i will get paid for working 10 1/2 hrs today.
Grateful that several times today the still small voice said things to me like, "do you really want to say that" or "is this how you want to best use your time" or "sit up straight so your back won't hurt later" etc and I listened instead of selfishly rebelling against my wiser self.

Grateful for my sister's safe flight from nyc. Grateful to have her company for a few days. Grateful that she takes care of all mom's financial affairs and not me - I'm terrible at numbers.

Grateful that when a new resentment appears in my mind I am learning to notice it, not judge myself, and release it before it festers. (Well at least beginning to learn to... Lol)

Grateful I too have made good progress in breaking my cycle of resentments. They surrounded me like the laughing walls of a looney bin for most of my life, I believe we have found the key. Or a major part of it anyways.
(TY Carol, EQ & Kari ... feels great to make it through the birthday with ease, I don't have many more tradition\excuse days left.)
& Grateful for the new Gratters.

grateful that I held my temper at work today, (they are driving me crazy, it's amazing that i am still sober).
grateful that i just don't care anymore, i won't let them wear me down to nothing. grateful to have hope in something new.
