you got that right Vic....there is a better way to work through problems...we all get angry, but dealing with them instead of reacting and doing damage to your personal progress.

Been sick here the last 5 days or so ever since the Super Bowl. Just now feeling a little better.

Grateful I can live with it and the feelings that go along with being sick.

I should have realized that one Pat LOL

Morning, today is a good day so far I suppose. It is straight up 9am, woke up at 8am didn't get to sleep until 5am ugghhh..

Glad I don't need beauty rest

Right now I am grateful for having compassion. I think so many times we have to have feelings toward ourselves before we can transform them to others.

I'm Very Grateful right now for viewing the Funeral of Whitney Houston. Shows me a lot of love in those of us who are addicts and those who are not. Just amazing.
