Had Doug and John wake me up this afternoon, slept for a long time. Grateful for people who come over to visit me and even for those who don't.
Thankful right now for open-mindness and the people who tell me like it really is.

I love being sober but my body and brain are still not quite adjusted.
Day 90 sucked not because I wanted a drink but that d*** paws. So far anniversary dates have not been good but regardless of how I feel I can make a decision not to drink and I know I can make 24 hrs. I have alot to be grateful for.

24hrs is all any of us do. Just For Today ... One Day At A Time ...
This early morning, I'm Grateful I didn't sleep so I got my place clean for the weekend. Should be a very nice weekend ahead.

at this moment....I wish Chance were available to clean my place while I'm at work...(do you do windows and bathrooms)???? mine really need it and i spent my entire Saturday last week cleaning one room top to bottom~my surprise is that it is STILL clean one week later~

Well I about have to do it, Chance won't lift a PAW to help :rotfxko
At this moment I am Grateful for the hot weather, won't complain ... I would rather have it 100 degrees than 40 or 60 below zero.

it's getting cold again here...no wonder everyone at work is sick!
yes, Vic, Sammy just lays around all day cleaning the kittens ears....and waiting for treats. i do all the work!
i'm grateful that i come home to a full house lots of yapping and purring....Fandy is starting to look like an ocean liner he's so fat. Ozzy is starting to be a very chatty siam. too.
grateful that i can turn off the tension tonight and concentrate on me staying on the right course. i'm not going to drink at this moment or the next few hours. i'll get some sleep and feel better tomorrow.
