Insomnia is a big one for me! i just woke up from a dream that i was piling up giant black trash bags to the curb.

Oh my I get some really strange dreams as well. I woke up the other night and had a vivid dream of having dinner with a nice lady and we were just about to make a cheers with some sort of drink! I woke up right as I was raising the glass to my mouth! Glad it was a dream!

Grateful to have someone from The Program coming over to visit and bring me a pack of smokes. Grateful I haven't ran everyone out of my life LMAO

I still haven't slept

I have a Doctors Appointment tomorrow so maybe we can figure out something there of what is going on.

Even after all of that said.....

At This Moment .. I am Thankful And Grateful that I got my place picked up, Dirtied some more dishes, took a shower, visited with my brother who came here from Colorado, and had a wonderful day staying in. Too cold to be outside.

I have a lot to always be Grateful for?!

At this moment I am very Thankful and Grateful for my Recovery Family doesn't matter if it is F2F or VIA Internet, I can acquire the same thing either way. I am Thankful for people who just text or call me out of the blue as well. They might not understand how when they do that it is usually when I need them the most and I haven't picked up the phone to call myself.

They help you get through it....

Hanging in there been sleeping which is scary. I feel asleep at midnight on the 6th and woke up at 3am on the 8th. Than went to sleep at 7 last night didn't wake up until my friend from AA Came over at 10am today. Yeah Scary,

LOL really huh!~~~

Today I am thankful very GRATEFUL for Doug and John who took the time to go to any lengths to come over to my place to visit me. Doug brought a cab and John walked from the morning meet which is about a mile or so.

Grateful for another day life is OK today....
