I am so grateful that I found a new supplier of my dog's insulin in the UK who will ship to the US. And it's cheaper from the new place than from the old place!!

Grateful that even though I am sleep deprived due to kids playing musical beds last night (!!!) I still feel pretty good. Grateful for how sobriety changes my outlook on life.

Have a good Tuesday grat peeps.

Morning everyone

Grateful that though I am the Queen of Finding Something to Worry About,
the baby steps I've been taking are starting to pay off.

Getting better at being realistic and not jumping to the worst case scenario,
which does absolutely no good except to make me more filled with angst.

Here's my new therapy when I find myself worrying:

I'll gladly relinquish my title Sneezy, that's usually me.

it is all about Rule #32 today...grateful to use the high fiber, low starchy pasta, moringstarr fakie tofu meat crumbles in some pasta sauce and the scale is S-L-O-W-L-Y moving downward...another 1/2 lb....i'm down 11 lbs. since June 29...only 19 more to go before i decide how much more i should lose....

so it's the little things today, like nutrigrain low fat waffles and lite breakfast sausage with blueberries for breakfast...i'm getting sick of egg whites.....later guys , hope you all have a good day...

Grateful for a beautiful sunny day. Grateful that Dora ate all her breakfast, including the vitamin I put in there. Grateful to have this day all to myself.

Grateful I walked 9 miles this morning. Two years ago I couldn't walk at all and my knees were bruised and rug-burned from crawling around. Its good to not only stand on my own two feet, but to move as well--as in being well.

Grateful to be gaining experience in looking for the positive
Grateful to take it a day at a time, and sometimes a minute at a time
Grateful for everything I have learned from wise SR friends

Happy Wednesday!

Grateful for my voice that can now stand up for what I believe to be right rather than turning the other cheek after repeated injustices.

Grateful to know that if my message isn't received, it doesn't have to be my problem. Say a prayer for them, try to forgive and move on. I don't have to stand holding a hot iron.

Grateful for another day of good works.
Grateful for another happy day in sobriety.
Grateful for the loving people that surround me.
Grateful for the good fortune I've been blessed with
Grateful for my life; warts and all

Have a good one, all....

“Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful.” -Buddha
