Today I am grateful for...Part 3
I am grateful that the sun is shining, it is Sunday and I have a garden to play in (that is the grat version of weeding!) and there is nothing I have to do.
And as aways I am grateful for SR posts which seem to happen at just the right moment, despite being on a different time zone to most people. Yesterday I was just about to head out to walk dogs and maybe pick up some wine when someone on my main thread posted that they were struggling and by the time I had PMed them, the craving was gone and I picked up DVDs instead.

Today I'm grateful for my sobriety. I know you might be thinking "oh, everyone & their dog says that!" but it's true. You see, an old friend of mine messaged me on Facebook, and he's trying to get sober. I'm really grateful that I got sober in AA, and that I'm able to share that with him!
Today I am grateful for
the pre-schooler chasing her shadow
the cheerful tradie
the struggling amused poet
the smiles of the returned
that I have nearly recovered from yesterday
that the wall did turn out OK- it speaks without a voice
