Grateful that our house didn't get blown away in these horrible winds.

Grateful for a fun, family day with lots of great things going on.

Grateful to be looking forward to the week -- it helps knowing I will not have a hangover.

Grateful that I am really dedicated to helping my clients -- love what I do.

Grateful for minding my own business and eliminating drama in my world.

Grateful to be looking for little things to make my world a even happier place that it is right now --- even though it is currently a very happy place.

Good night grat pack and have a wonderful sleep!

never made it to the flea... Rained on the parade

grateful i slapped the second coat of ceiling paint on,

grateful the paintings all done.

and grateful no matter what anyone may say

as long as i remain grateful, and not self-centered...

this grateful drunk will never drink again.

Grateful it's snowing in Reno and not in NY! (sorry - Eddie)

Grateful for the rain and that the phone was quiet today - gave me to time to catch up on overwhelming amount of projects for clients.

Grateful for all the work I have in front of me, and remember the times when I was frightened I wouldn't have enough work.

Grateful for the maturity to make amends where required.

Have a good night all......

Grateful today is ending better than it started. Grateful to be honest in my relationship. Grateful that things have been working out really well lately . . it's nice to let things take shape without worrying too much. I'm in the midst of a lot of change right now and it is overwhelming despite being mostly positive; I'm grateful those around me are understanding about my stress, and I'm grateful SR is here as a touchstone.

Yeah, yeah, thanks a lot, wellwisher ; ) It didn't really snow. The wind just blew like crazy most of the day and there were some flakes in the air in the morning.

Grateful I am finally, after more than 3 weeks, starting to feel more at home and connected here.

And grateful for my back-home therapist's sense of humor. We're in touch via email (and phone occasionally) and he cracks me up sometimes. Like tonight. Makes me feel good inside.

See y'all tomorrow!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

Happy for the positive changes going on in your life, AG, and also, I know the feeling of being overwhelmed by it too. Being able to loosen the reins on my perception of control has helped me so much over the past year - sounds like you too. Let us know where the road takes you!

Grateful for a new positive friend in my life.

Eddie - so glad you are getting comfortable here.

Grateful in reading all forums on this site. Someone posted a passage from the Big Book that struck me between the eyes and gave me focus.

In part, it read, "Continue to watch for selfishness, dishonesty, resentment, and fear. When these crop up, ask God at once to remove them."

I've asked God, I'm telling you, I will bring it up in the rooms, and my focus is Step 10 again. I have been struggling with resentment and fear.

Grateful for the fantastic program AA is.

Grateful that I can just be thinking it, and the answer comes from a conversation that has nothing to do with me.

Which brings me back to, "glad I have one mouth and two ears".

Have a good night all.......

Thanks, wellwisher!

Grateful for open-mindedness. I had a good session today with the therapist I had been having so much trouble with. Glad I continued to try to work with her and believe that she had my best interest at heart.

OOPs! Gotta sign off here. More tomorrow!
Love and hugs,
Eddie
