Grateful that little Jack let me sleep in today too. Grateful to wake up to the sight of them sprawled out on the bed. Makes my heart overflow with love and gratitude. Grateful for another sober awakening. Grateful to wake up happy and healthy. Grateful for a day with little to do and grateful that it will be warm enough to walk the dogs this morning before the rain comes.

I'm grateful to wake up feeling like I can LIVE in another sober day.
I'm grateful for the many blessings that have come my way since my sobriety.
I'm grateful I'm starting to see the GOOD in things instead of being so DARN negetive all the time.

I'm grateful for TODAY! Go God!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

I'm very grateful to LIVE another sober day too! what a difference to sit and drink coffee in the kitchen, watch a garden show and post as opposed to heaving and headaches from drinking...and then worrying about the damage i have done to myself.

I love breakfast on a Sunday, happy to take my vitamins, eat breakfast, planning my garden for this year...i have taken great joy in making a pretty landscape and my ongoing rock wall project...(the dog and I hunt for giant rocks when we go walking and i drag them home or go and get them with the car if they are too big/heavy).

I have a full busy day with work and visiting my mother but that's OK, compared to laying around drinking and hating myself, it's waaay better.

grateful we are one day closer to SPRING!

Grateful to read your grat posts this morning. Grateful for the coming warm day, and grateful that we've gotten the yard set up for spending time out there . . . so if the clouds break, I can do my work out there. Grateful to have made some progress on my to-do list yesterday. Here's to more progress today!

I'm late to the par-tay!

So grateful to see the world with a fresh set of eyes; to see the sickness and healing that takes place at SR on a daily basis.

I'm grateful to remember my past, to live in my present, and to be excited for my future.

You guys already know the next one...I'm grateful for the GP.

Have a day filled with love all!!!

Grateful that living sober means not missing opportunities for good dog walks due to being too drunk or too sick. Grateful that living sober means I take better care of myself and my dogs. And so grateful to share in all your grats.

Hey all Grates. I am grateful to be sober and clear in my head. I enjoyed Sunday breakfast. Not struggling to cook it or keep it down. I didn't have to sneak back to my closet to have a drink to function so I could get through the AM. I can tolerate the Micky Mouse Club, that my GS enjoys so much. With a hangover it is intolerable. LOL
I am thankful it is above 0 this morning. I plan to go Xcountry skiing as we are at a balmy 18 degrees. I am thankful for my family. I am grateful to be able to do the weeks grocery shopping with out just throwing things in the cart, so I can get home to my wine to have a drink. I am grateful that I have managed to put a week of sobriety together. It is such a short time, but long on the effort.

I am grateful that i survived the competition that I was involved in this weekend (this lady is getting too old to stay up 40 straight hours working on a project! LOL)

I am grateful that when I was over tired and hadn't eaten right all weekend my significant other gave me TLC even though he was having a tough day of his own.

I am grateful for my Al-Anon family. They, along with my higher power, save my sanity.
