Grateful for a day off work. Many things I need to do today but rather than getting all wound up about it (as I seem to be doing lately):

Grateful for perseverance and dogged determination to overcome this agoraphobia

that has been creeping up. I took out on foot..came back hours later.

This will not beat me.

Life on life's terms.

My mother-in-law was admitted to the hospital last night, chest pains.
My father-in-law has cancer, just finished up his radiation treatments.

My wife is one brave lady, trying to be strong for her brothers & sister.

I'll be strong for her.

Grateful for perspective. In comparison, my personal issues are very minor. I can & will overcome them. It's not always about me. It's about being there for others.
