That's what I am enjoying right now!

Coffee and heavy whipping cream~ Bliss

I am grateful for modern conveniences that allow me to work outside while the laundry and dishes are being done inside.

Grateful that God granted me this sobriety. It is how I want to live my life. There is nothing like this. I am happy for the first time in many many years. All of this extra time, health, energy, joy, motivation....

What a gift!

I really love these threads, its so nice to be able to focus on positive instead of the negatives
This morning I am grateful for my lovely daughter, I am grateful that I had an hour to laze in bed before I had to get out of it, I am grateful for my business that I worked hard to have so I could be my own boss and have more family time. I am grateful that I did not have to wake up today with my usual anxiety and hate for myself because I drank last night and broke 50 million promises to myself and on a lighter note I am grateful I got lucky last night sober
Have a wonderful Friday!

Exactly! I do most of my biking on country roads & nature trails. Does wonders for my serenity, get things back into their proper perspective.

Grateful for my bike and for the reminder from Lbad - it's not just about the physical exercise.

Thankfulness is being grateful for what we have.

It is an attitude of gratitude for learning, loving and being.

Appreciate the little things that happen around you and within you every day.

Think positively.

Thankfulness brings contentment.
