I love that in the program we get to have ah ha moments and hear things that touch our hearts and stay with us especially when the going gets rough.. We are so fortunate...

I woke up this morning after 4 hours of sleep, eyes half shut, yawning.... and in this state agreed to play a mini-soccer game with my son. Do you know how long it's been since I could go from bed to playing with my kids without using first?

I am grateful for having a house to be irritable about.

I am grateful that I have a job to not want to go to

I am so grateful for SR, AA, my puppies and my son

grateful that not only can I walk....I can skip run and yes...even mow the lawn!

Grateful for the ability to complete tasks I set out this morning and then have time to spend clearing a field which I don't consider a task at all. I love pulling the weeds, and clearing the brush....making piles for burning. I love the energy that comes with sobriety. I love seeing our field of dreams coming along.

I thank God. I am so grateful to Him and to my friends here at SR who inspire me on a daily basis.

I am grateful for this website. I am grateful for the SLE (Sober Living Environment) I am in. I am grateful I made it to Colorado! I am grateful I am alive today. I am grateful for my Higher Power. I am grateful for my family and my friends. Oh, and I'm grateful that I took a long nap yesterday and got some deep sleep last night.
