Bedtime gratitude?
I'm grateful for the new flannel sheets on my bed that kept me warm and cozy last night.
I'm grateful my daughter didn't wet her bed last night, and that my son stayed in his own bed rather than crawling into mine and sticking his toes in my face.
But most of all I'm grateful that I registered on this forum today, that my HP has given me another beautiful day in sobriety, that I have an awesome sponsor, and that AA and The 12 Steps have given me a life that's second to none!

Welcome to the thread Astro!
Hello to Kevin, Arura and Richie too.
I am grateful I saw my old friend from high school last night (in the store of course!!) He looked well and is still going to mtg's. Made me happy. 9x's out of 10 I see somebody in recovery that I know well enough to say hi to in that store!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is amazing...... One time a stranger who worked in the store walked up to me and said hello with a knowing look in her eye. I said hello back and she whispered in a conspiratorial tone, "I have seen you at NA mtg's before". lol This is a big huge grocery store too. It is almost funny. I am grateful for the unusual camaraderie I feel in the grocery!

Thanks! Wish I had a grocery store like yours I had two childhood friends come into the program last year. What a blessing to have them back in my life!

Hi Kevin,L,and Arura,
Welcome to the thread Astro.
Work has been a bit rough this week.I barely found the energy to get online tonight.I had to check in here though.
So as hard as it is to say it-I am grateful for my job, because it does pay the bills.
Hope you're all having a good week.
God bless.
