Next step?
(((hugs))). If you stay with her you still need to set some firm rules in place, such as she needs some kind of inpatient treatment now. You can not spend your life trying to keep her from suicide, as frightening as that sounds, if that is what she chooses, then eventually she will make it happen unless she finds her own inner strength through recovery. You will also need to find a way to deal and would benefit from getting into a program for family members like nar-anon or al-anon, to find a way to co exist with her because if she does not make a strong commitment to recovery, then she will know now what works to get you to stay. I'm not saying this to be thoughtless, it is just that a Codie looking to save an addict who is serious about using suicide is a horrible place for you and may in the end be the worst thing for her. she needs intense inpatient rehab and counseling plus my guess is the hospital will keep her at least 3 days on suicide watch, use that time to explore options for her.

I'm so sorry for your pain. But this is an opportunity for both of you. As FE said, she needs inpatient NOW. Professionals take suicide attempts seriously. Please get support for yourself.
Prayers are with you.
