Oh, and BTW... (OT)
As of yesterday, I have lost over 20 pounds since I started uneffing my body. Another 10-20 left to go. I'm not getting ridiculous about it, but I sure wanna get back into a size 8.
That is all.
That is all.

It's basically the same method I used to lose 60 pounds about 20 years ago, only back then I had to look up the calories/nutritional value of various food items and record them by hand. This one has an extensive database of brand names (including most chain restaurants), so you just put in what you ate and how much and the app does all the work of calculating totals.
It also integrates with Fitbit data. I haven't really gotten the exercise piece in place yet, but just by eating healthy (and smaller portions) I've taken off 20 pounds since about early February (a nice, slow pace, IOW)--the 60 I lost before was over the course of an entire year, and I mostly kept it off except for the last few years--gained a bit when I got sober and was eating more.
Love the program, though, and there is a support forum, as well, on the website.

I use MyFitnessPal as well. It doesn't always stop me from eating something, but it makes me stop and think, based on my total intake for the day, if I really need that extra cookie. I've been using it for 3 years now. My weight has gone up and down, but since 1/1 of this year, I've lost 14 pounds.
I recommend the app.
And - CONGRATS, Lexie!!

Lexie...that's awesome!
I literally just signed up for My Fitness Pal on Monday.
Last night my show was on, so I decided anytime I am watching a show I have to be doing something, not just sitting. So I jogged in place while watching. LOL, it has to be better than just sitting on my bootie!
Thank you for the inspiration!
