My ex asked for a continuance to "respond and consult his lawyer" (even though he had already had a month to do that), and the judge granted it. We go back on April 14. It wasn't a huge surprise. Judges tend to give a lot of leeway on stuff like that. *sigh* I was very upset and angry all day on Friday, and have spent the weekend trying to stay unplugged from stuff that would inhibit my ability to reclaim my serenity. I feel a lot more centered today. Thanks all, for your good thoughts and prayers!

So sorry to hear about this delay... It's so frustrating how every legal battle we have to face is like a moving target, ugh... not so easy emotionally when you are ready for closure. Hang in there, Wisconsin!
