Be angry - the guy let you down big time. Be sad because you cared and trusted. But don't get down on yourself for being a caring and trusting person. When we care for others and offer them trust, we set ourselves up for heartbreak. But would you have it any other way?

For me, accepting this in myself means knowing that with each new relationship I become vulnerable, and I may get hurt, but I won't be defeated.

The guy sent messages and called often today. I did not respond. In fact it was funny..


First message: " No! another friend used my facebook ! it was not me" (worst excuse ever)

-Some hours later-

Second message: " Ok well some of the messages were mine"

-Some hours later-

Third message: "Nothing meant anything! you are the only one I care about"


Fortunately for me today was a very busy day, so I no longer had time to get upset.

Just an update>

The guy keeps calling and sending SMS "I love you! its not what you think"

Gladly for me I got an expert level at No contact and am not responding.

I deserve more than this. I am convinced.

Don/t take it personally, he/s sick this has nothing to do with you,truly it/s his issue. Unfortunately you just happen to be in the path of his destruction.

It requires maturity,integrity,some semblance of healthy sense of self to be a faithful person.
